    The City of Colquitt is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract with a qualified firm or firms to provide a detailed location audit and planning and design for the eventual construction of a single-mode fiber network interconnecting multiple locations within the City of Colquitt and Miller County.

    The City of Parrott will conduct a public meeting to review Goals/Policies, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), Needs and Opportunities for Terrell County, and the cities’ Joint Comprehensive Plan Ten-Year Update.


     The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7.00 pm, at the City Hall, 142 E. Main Street Parrott, GA 39877 



    The Public is encouraged to attend and provide input on what it views as needs, opportunities, and potential future goals and policies for City of Parrott. The input will be utilized in updating the Terrell County Joint Comprehensive Plan.

Request For Qualifications

A request for qualifications (RFQ) is a step sometimes used in the formal process of procuring a product or service, for example by a government agency. It is typically used as a screening step to establish a pool of vendors (businesses or individuals to provide a product or service) that are then qualified, and thus eligible to submit responses to a request for proposals (RFP).
